Weather Warning: We monitor the weather across the entire shipping route prior to shipping as extreme temperatures can damage wine. To protect your purchase, we DO NOT ship orders until weather permits. A total of three delivery attempts will be made before the shipment is returned to our facility. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and shipping service selected but flat rates are based on the following bottle quantities:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Accuracy: Please make sure your address, telephone number and zip code are perfectly accurate and that you have correctly marked if it is a residential or commercial delivery. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate shipping details. FedEx and UPS will no longer reroute your package or correct your address information during shipment. FedEx Home Delivery now includes Saturdays.
UPS "Hold for Pick Up" Service:
Customers may now use the UPS "Hold for Pickup" (HFPU) service if they would prefer to pickup their wine shipments from a UPS Customer Center location (depot). When picking up the package, the recipient is required to present a government-issued photo ID.
Tips on UPS Deliveries:
UPS “Home Delivery” is the same as ground but to a residence and includes Saturday deliveries.
Ground delivery takes overnight for all of WA and much of OR. Ground takes two days for Northern CA and three days for Southern CA and the mountain states, four days for the mid-west and five (one week) for the East Coast. Ground shipments will typically go out at the beginning of the week, except for East Coast shipments that ship Friday for a Friday delivery. (We recommend 2 day express service for the East Coast.)
